Deposit

The deposit is $250. The deposit is included in the total cost of the program listed.

Following the receipt of your deposit, International Short Programs staff will send you an official invitation letter and notification of receipt for visa application purposes.

Refund Policy

If an accepted participant is unable to obtain a visa and it is before January 15, 2027, the full deposit will be refunded.
