Confirm Your Spot & Pay Your Deposit

In the acceptance email, there is a link to confirm your spot and instructions on how to make your deposit. If you need this information again, please contact us. Please note that your spot will not be confirmed until after your deposit has been received. After your deposit is received, you will get another email from isp@ku.edu with detailed information regarding how to make travel arrangements, but some general information is below.

Traveling to the United States

You will need a US Visitor's visa (B) for this program. Please refer to the U.S. embassy in your country or closest to you for more information about obtaining one.

Arriving to Kansas City

Please arrive to Kansas City International Airport (MCI) on February 28, 2027. As you make your arrangements, be aware of time zone and date changes. Transportation to and from Lawrence and MCI will be provided for you.
